I have not tried the add-on yet I am going to experiment. I did see a response from a MS person that said it was working as intended, that it wouldn’t refresh the folder until it was selected. Although that seems like a load of BS, but could just be a con to try to migrate people to exchange at a higher cost. If I click off of inbox and down to sent item, then click back on inbox, all of the new mail will populate.
