If I click off of inbox and down to sent item, then click back on inbox, all of the new mail will populate. The problem can be caused by either improper settings or a damaged send/receive group within Outlook. At first, I was thinking it may be an issue with certificates, but it's not... I went to a bunch of online TLS tests and the mail server is fine and the certificates are trusted... So only wait when some "smarties" from apple IT solve problem in app ...
